The EXCLUSIVE PROCESS we use involving filling, hand sanding and actually plating of your pot metal piece is the finest in hand craftsmanship.
THE CCC PROCESS:
- chemically stripping away of all old plating
- sandblasting
- our exclusive method for filling pits while maintaining the true shape and contour of your piece
- plating in COPPER for 1- 4 hours... depending on what each piece requires
- another series of hand sandings and polishings to a mirror finish
- two coatings of NICKEL for up to 2 hours resulting in a very birght finish
- CHROME plating, final polishing, waxing and cleanup
This entire process is done in our facilities on site for all pieces- INCLUDING BUMPERS...
